Welcome to Trust Grid Services. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the preliminary engagement of our technical decontamination services. By accessing our site or requesting a site audit, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Professional Services & Scope
Trust Grid Services provides physical decontamination and environmental remediation for technical facilities.
- No Digital Liability: Our services are strictly physical. We do not access, manage, or alter digital data. The client retains full responsibility for digital backups and network security.
- Operational Launch: All service requests made prior to our 2027/2028 operational launch are considered “pre-engagement inquiries” and do not constitute a binding service contract until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) is signed.
2. Reliance on Industry Standards
While we align our protocols with ISO 14644-1, ASHRAE TC 9.9, and ICRA standards, the final “certified” status of any facility is subject to the specific requirements of the client’s insurance provider and regulatory bodies. Our post-service reports provide particulate data at the time of service and do not guarantee future environmental conditions.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trust Grid Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including hardware failure or loss of data, arising out of the physical decontamination process, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
